Outreach

Finding the Messiah is dedicated to bringing the knowledge of what God has preplanned and accomplished through the work of Jesus into people’s hearts.  It’s a tool to open our eyes.  Toward that objective, Murray Thorson has given numerous PowerPoint and planetarium presentations of astronomy coinciding with Jesus’ conception through Herod’s attempt to kill Jesus.  The planetarium presentations have been co-presented with Dr. Kristy Henscheid, specialist and past director of the CPCCo Planetarium at Columbia Basin College.  A DVD/Blu-ray recording is planned.​

 

 

All the presentations so far have been in Tri-Cities, Washington, the author’s home region.  But the need for this information is worldwide, and the mysteries unraveled in researching how the Magi found the Christ Child are much more than just the astronomy that led them to search for and find Jesus.  The five books published under the Finding the Messiah imprint reveal this much more content.  The natural audience is worldwide.​
